Shipping Policy

We ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Please allow 7–10 days for processing, although orders are usually ready sooner. Orders placed on a Tuesday are very likely to ship the following week.

UPS 2 Day is our standard shipping service and costs $20 for the first item, plus $5 for each additional item. A UPS Next Day upgrade is available at checkout for an additional $30.

Shipping speeds refer to transit time after your order has been dispatched and do not include processing time. Selecting UPS Next Day does not mean your order will ship or arrive the day after it is placed.

Next-day shipping is highly recommended for live plants to help minimize time in transit.

We strongly recommend you promptly unpack your plants.

Return Policy

If there is an issue with your plant, please contact us within 24 hours of noticing the issue and include an unboxing video showing the plant’s condition when you opened the package.

We accept returns only when the issue has been reported within that 24-hour window and an unboxing video has been provided. Please contact us to arrange the return as a shipping label will be provided to you.

A refund will only be issued after the plant has been returned to Joyful Growers. Returning the plant is required to receive a refund. We do not offer partial refunds.
